Common crane raku fired
€650.00
This raku fired Common crane is 65 cm tall - about half their real size. Raku fired, with ceramic legs. The bird’s body is supported using steel legs with a ceramic surround (the steel is supporting the sculpture not the ceramic). Mounted on a piece of bog oak, this sculpture celebrates the return of common cranes to the bogs of Ireland to breed after 300 years.
